    Owner Organised a time to call and quote today, guy completely forgot to even call let alone come to quote, clearly doesn't want a job.

    When I spoke to his wife and said if he has forgotten, that doesn't really show responsibility but if he can come today like he was going to and do a quote, then it may get a possible job, but if he doesn't, then I'll go elsewhere.

    He then rang, said he'd be out in half hour, then called again in 5 mins.
    Apparently what I said to his wife was abusing her.

    So no quote, no job. No skin off my nose. There will be someone else out there. Happy days for me.
